ARBITRATION CONSULTANTS LLC
RICHARD CHUSID- MANAGING MEMBER

Arbitration Consultants LLC is a corporation devoted to assisting investors in arbitration disputes with their brokers, brokerage firms and financial advisers. Its managing member, Richard Chusid, has been in the securities industry for over twenty years and has significant capital markets, investment and arbitration experience.

Mr. Chusid has been a member of the American Stock Exchange for over twenty years where he has held both regular and options principal memberships. He has actively traded and invested for his own proprietary investment accounts and for the proprietary accounts of several global financial concerns. He has financed and "backed" traders on both the American Stock Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He was also a bond options trader at the Chicago Board of Trade and has traded futures on the New York Futures Exchange.

Mr. Chusid sat for several years as an industry representative arbitration panelist at the American Stock Exchange and heard cases involving public customers and member firms, brokerage houses, specialists and clearing corporations. He was an expert witness for Chicago Corporation in a major arbitration case and has provided securities consulting services to the New York law firm of Herrick, Feinstein.

He has significant investment and capital market experience in equities, equity and index options, futures, bonds and exchange traded funds. He has traded and invested in all of these products both as a floor trader/member and as a public customer with accounts at such firms as TD Waterhouse, Spear, Leeds and Kellogg, Penson Financial, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Wagner Stott, First Options of Chicago and Southwest Securities.

In addition to this extensive practical trading and investment background, Mr. Chusid is a licensed attorney in both New York and New Jersey, though he currently devotes all his time to the securities industry and does not practice law (registered inactive). He holds his Series 7 (registered representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licenses and also sits as an arbitrator for the Council of Better Business Bureaus in their auto-line program.
